I reserve the right to refuse service and or cancel service, upon breach of contract, illness, acts of God and/or equipment failure. Nonrefundable deposits are only made nonrefundable if you, the customer/event manager, cancel the event. No holdings, deals and/or promises are made until a legal contract is/are signed by both parties, being at least 18 years of age or older. Contracts are legal documents and you as the customer/event manager agree to terms and services held within said contract upon signature you verify as the customer/event manager you have read, understood, finalized terms, and asked questions on said contract. All payments will, with the exception of deposits, be made after event is complete.
